All good things must come to an end.
Legendary baseball announcer for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Vin Scully, announced last year that the 2016 season would be his last. Scully has been with the Dodgers for his entire career spanning across 67 years, and his voice has become one of the most recognizable in the industry.
The MLB and fans alike felt that it would be fitting for the legendary announcer to have his final go-around by reciting the famous, “the people will come” speech from the film Field Of Dreams. The original speech is hard to top, but Scully’s rendition may even bring a tear to your eye.
